Shopping from a construction site
Mobile shopping at the construction site is possible. After signing up for the Synthesa online account, customers can collect and send their orders around the clock in the Synthesa app. The order is transmitted to the closest Synthesa shop and delivered the next day, provided that the order is placed by 3 p.m.
Easy order process
Users can place their orders in just a few clicks: they just need to scan the relative EAN code, indicate the quantity and add their delivery address. The system checks the current availability and shows the available delivery dates.
Customer service
Users can save in the app their delivery address or customer specific identifiers such as commission or cost center for further use and speed up the filling of the customer’s data.
